Brand guidelines
The PaddleMate brand
A shared visual language for sensors, software and content. Keep the identity clear and consistent — one logo, one palette, one typeface.
One brand, every surface
PaddleMate connects water, sport and measurable performance. The brand should feel just as connected on a product shot, a coach deck or a social post.
Use this page as the single public reference. If you need a file that is not here, ask before inventing a variant.
Primary logo and mark
Default: paddle “P” mark + PADDLEMATE wordmark in Chivo Black Italic. Use the mark alone when space is tight or the name is already clear.

Primary logo
First choice on new layouts. Keep the lockup together — do not separate or rearrange the mark and wordmark.

The mark
App icons, favicons, avatars, small badges and hardware markings. Stand-alone only when PaddleMate is clear from context.
- Always use the supplied files. Never recreate the logo by typing PaddleMate in another typeface.
- On light backgrounds use dark-blue wordmark; on dark backgrounds use white wordmark. The mark stays PaddleMate light blue (or white in video overlays).
- Wordmark alone is fine when needed: dark blue on light, white on dark.
Give the logo room
Keep clear space around the logo. Nothing — text, photo or graphic — should enter that margin.
- Primary logo: no smaller than 20 mm wide in print (or ~80 px on screen).
- Stacked / complementary logo: no smaller than 15 mm wide.
- Mark alone: no smaller than 3 mm / ~24 px on its longest side.
The PaddleMate palette
Primary: light blue, dark blue and white. Red is an accent only — never recolour the logo with it.
Typography
Official brand typeface is Chivo. Titles and slogan: Black / Black Italic. Smaller emphasis: Bold. Body: Regular or Light with enough contrast.
Chivo Black / Black Italic
Chivo Bold
Chivo Regular & Light — longer body copy with enough contrast.
Please do not
The logo loses value when it is altered. Avoid the following.
- Do not add an outline to the logo.
- Do not add gradients or other effects.
- Do not attach extra elements, taglines or badges to the logo.
- Do not change internal proportions.
- Do not rotate, stretch or squash the logo.
- Do not use colours outside the brand palette on the logo.
- Do not fill the mark or wordmark with a photo inside the logo lockup.
- Do not swap the mark and wordmark colours.
- Do not add drop shadows.
